How often do you come across something like that? F

Teaching style

I am a very hands-on teacher! My teaching style has definitely been influenced by my years in early childhood. I love to teach with real world connections and I make sure my students have a way to "touch" the math they are learning. I also love using technology in my classroom.

Additional biographical information

I am kind of obsessed with learning new things, from decorating sugar cookies to building websites. I just always want to know how things were done and how they work. It's probably the same thing that drives me to figure out what my students, their families, my co-workers and my clients need. I will ask "why" or "how do you know" until you don't think I can say it one more time, but in the end we get to the heart of the issue and start there to build up.
